Thanks to all of you who stopped and chose to comment and support some of my artwork. It is greatly appreciated, and while I don't always get a chance to thank each and every single person, I do want all to know I do read and enjoy all comments very much. Your thoughts and morale boosters are always welcomed and so much appreciated. Forever, Elvis Randy B. Rosenberger

What a lovely capture. I could be living near such a silo. Nice with the snow, too. v/f/g/t

Thanks much Nava, as it is about a half mile from "Little Graceland" and belongs to a friend of mine. I told him I would turn it into an art studio or something of that nature, and he has some plans for refurbishing it for practical use, and not let it go to its demise. Glad to hear that, as I have viewed this for over 40 years, and just love the looks of it!

Another rustic wonder added to my favorites & voted
Randy Rosenberger replied:
Thanks very much, Doug, as this one had a battle on its staves, as some wanted it torn down and others didn't, and the didn't want it torn down WON THE BATTLE! Hurray! Love antiquities and maybe because " I ARE ONE" LOL

Great eye Randy! This is perfect: the colors, composition, subject, all of it. It makes me want to go traipse through the snow and take a look inside the silo, then go on and see whats on the other side of that hill!
Randy Rosenberger replied:
Wow! Great top hear from you, Jim, and thanks a whole bunch for your gracious and very welcomed and appreciated comment! Looking forward to see more of your great works on our site. I will definitely FEATURE them if you submit! Thanks again, and great to hear from you!

Thanks so much, Ken! It is a very unique silo, and the only thing left standing from original farm! Appreciate your comment!

And, yes, this photo was taken at one of our favorite neighbor's place. If you go past the golf course, on Hwy G, north, you come to Hatch Lake Road, and right on the corner, to your left, drive slowly, and on the left is this silo! Have loved it since I moved to Iola, in 1966! Oh my Goodness! I can't be that old! At least not as old as the silo! (haha) Have a great day!

Thanks again, Joel, for joining our group, as I don't think you will regret it! I love your artwork, and it is so much typical of our state of Wisconsin, and any friend of Trey's is a friend of mine, with maybe a few exceptions! (haha) Have a great day, Joel!

Yes, Joel, I know Trey very well! I had his wonderful children in school, when my wife and I taught in the system here for 35 years! Trey an awesome person, and did a bang up job when he OWNED the local paper! I just sent him an email, thanking him for joining our group, and for his appreciation of what it takes to keep this type of site up and running, and which people WANT to join. If you would like to join our group, Wisconsin Flowers and Scenery, we would love to have you become a part of our unique community! Trey is an integral part of our group, and we would welcome you, so go for it, and thanks for the nice email!
