Description
This is a shot I took while attending an open house at an art gallery in Stevens Point, WI
I tried to capture it's shape, as I found it quite interesting. I think my grandmother used to called these "Jack in the Pulpit" ? I can see it, if it is what she was referring to. I love the members of the orchid family, due to their beauty, uniqueness, and delicacy. Such Beauty!

This one I've always called a lady's slipper orchid, but I can certainly see that Jack in the Pulpit is a propos, too. Such clarity and focus - great detail on this interesting flower.

Such a strange image, looks like Dumbos ears, Mick Jagger's lips, Grouch Marx moustache and a Kentucky Derby Hat, well photographed!! L,F, Tw
