Description
This was a shot taken in our gardens of a special blue dahlia! I thought it unique when I saw it in a gardening magazine, and tried one out. Then liked he results so shot this beautiful blue, but the tubers lasted only one year, even with proper storage, thus glad I captured this in its prime! This one is being entered in a contest this winter, under the aka of "Burst of Blue"! It will be entered in the "Winter's Garden" exhibit at the Riverfront Art Center in Stevens Point Wisconsin. This is an annual event, in which the art works chosen by the jury, are displayed with live orchids amongst the works, and all are for sale.
