Reminds me of the mountain trail our family used to walk down after dinner. A simple image brings back such memories.

Thanks so very much, Mel, for your visit to the site, viewing, and for your wonderful comment on this piece! It is a beautiful trip to take on our atv! A highway through nature's wonders is what I would call it, as beside the flora, the fauna is spectacular, with deer, turkeys, "skunks", porcupines, rabbits, squirrels, hawks, eagles, and bears, oh my! The bear was a bit out of my realm of comfort, so we put the pedal to the metal, and thank goodness, as bear looks much nicer in the rear view mirror than through the windshield. LOL Thanks again, Mel!

Thanks R John, as it is very inviting and calls us back every year. Much beautiful scenery to see along a 35 mile trail, and many critters too.

Erik, I was surprised myself, as this is undoctored photo, and it did look this way on the way down the trail, Not real sure why, but the sun was on the right side of the photo, and it was near an open field. Very unusual to say the least! Thanks for your compliment, as I think your were the first to notice. Good eye!
