Description
This is one of our later blooming species of Korean lilac. It is much smaller in stature than the regular lilacs, blooms after all others are finished, and the fragrant wafting of its aromatics can be enjoyed all over the yard..

Wow, never heard of lilac syrup, but if it tastes as good as it smells, I surely would love to try it. We have several lilac bushes on our 6 acre yard. Some are the dwarf kind and they start to bloom when the regular lilac are spent. A real treat as they fragrance waifs over the entire yard. Thanks much for your comments and visits, Nina!

Thanks so much, Sandra, as that is one of my fave fragrances during the early summer. Love the richness of the wafting floral smells being carried on the breeze. I also love the forsythia florets for the same reason. In spring they smother the outdoor air with their distinctive and delightful aroma. Always appreciate hearing from you, dear friend from Australia!

Thanks, Nava, as this is one of my fave blooms, as they come after the regular lilacs are finished, and are profuse in blooms, and actually have more fragrance than regular, lilacs. Thank you very much for visiting my galleries and commenting on this shot, as I truly appreciate your time and support for my work, the work of our fine group of artists in the WFS group, and to all artists of FAA. It is truly appreciated, and welcomed! Forever, Elvis
