Description
I wanted to capture this floral from a slightly different angles to create a unique view of this blossom, other than from behind or face on. I sort of liked the results, and the stone in background just added a little more dimension to this piece.

Never mind, I see it's not recent. And I'm thinking it's a Black-eyed Susan relative....but I don't remember one with a red band like that....of course it is upside-down, so what do I know! :)
Randy Rosenberger replied:
Cheryl, this was taken last summer at a friend's professionally landscaped gardens, and yes, I do believe it is a member of the family you are referring to, but also, I have not seen one like this before, and that is why I captured it. I will ask him and see what he says. Appreciate very much your intense insight when viewing art works. Amazing, my friend! Later, Elvis

Randy, I like this as well! (It's making me crazy that I can't think what flower this is!) Did you take this recently? Do you still have flowers blooming in Iola? (I looked up your location the other day finally, I know it can't be too warm there any more!) very nice. voted!!!
