This is a memorial to Ethyl Pomering, mother of Carolyn Rosenberger, who recently passed away. The beauty of this bouquet of roses speaks highly of the beauty in the life of Carolyn's mom, from her love for her family and friends, and for her nurturing care she gave to people, as well as all of the plants, shrubs, and trees, she tending to so carefully. She was employed at the home of Jung's Seed Company for many years, and knew Mr. Jung, personally.
As a retired teacher, having taught for 35 years, I spend a lot of time in our many flower gardens, with water features, metal sculptures, and many flowering trees, bushes and shrubs. My wife gave me a digital camera for a Christmas present a few years ago, and I started taking photos of the many types of flora and fauna on our property. This became an enjoyable hobby for me, to enjoy the outdoors, and capture some of the beautiful photo opportunities that our gardens have provided. I especially love close-ups of flowers and insects, and basically anything that has something unique to capture on film.
