Description
This Black Parrot Tulip, was "pining" for a new home so one day it alighted on the soft new growth of this evergreen, and it found its place in the sun! Love the color accentuation and the new growth of both of the new spring growth. Hope you enjoy the colors!

Thanks to all of you who stopped and chose to comment and support some of my artwork. It is greatly appreciated, and while I don't always get a chance to thank each and every single person, I do want all to know I do read and enjoy all comments very much. Your thoughts and morale boosters are always welcomed and so much appreciated. Forever, Elvis Randy B. Rosenberger

Thanks Angela, as it was my first attempt at the parrot tulip and they were absolutely beautiful, but did not come up the second year. Must need more attention or special treatment than the normal tulip varieties.

What a gorgeous flower Randy!! The rich color and rough petal edges are so amazing and it looks wonderful against the evergreen bg. v.f.

The texture and pale green of the evergreen contrasts beautifully with the deep burgundy petals and purple shadows of the parrot tulip. Looks like your tulip found a perfect home. vf
