Description
This was a shot I caught of a honey bee on top of an echinacea floral or coneflower, and usually I see a lot of bumble bees, but only a few honey bees. Love the floral colors, and the stature of the bee on the center of the floral. Was interesting to me so I captured this beautiful moment!

Mr. Rosenberger, indeed what a beautiful moment in time captured! Absolutely love the colors and fabulous DOF focusing on the Very Important Pollinator with a gorgeous echinacea flower, both agents of good health. The green background and bokeh send this stellar image off-the-charts in excellence. Truly, a beauty to behold! F/L

Very nice detail - I love how the bee was posed on top of the center so we can see it clearly against the green of the background.

We have many cone flowers or echinacea blooms in our gardens and love the attraction they have for the pollinating bees. Thanks for viewing and commenting.
