Description
This was taken in a home that was on the porch, enclosed, in a home being built in 1861, and the builder, served in the Civil War, in the Union Army, and when his term of commitment was over, he returned, finished his home, and then it remained in his family for many more decades to come. It is completely restored to its original beauty and glory, and lived in today. I loved the old copper boiler, and being used as a planter for these gorgeous dahlias, was what I captured, sitting on a bench seat built in for viewing the outdoor scenery!
