This is a pic of my first car I bought and paid for by myself. It is a 1960 Plymouth Fury convertible. It was in like new condition and I bought it in 1964 and paid only $695.00 dollars cash for it. Wish I still had it in that condition today! It was a push button drive, with a 318 V8. I got a lotta looks when I cruised down the road. I can't even imagine what this vehicle in this condition would go for on today's Mecum Auction Block.
As a retired teacher, having taught for 35 years, I spend a lot of time in our many flower gardens, with water features, metal sculptures, and many flowering trees, bushes and shrubs. My wife gave me a digital camera for a Christmas present a few years ago, and I started taking photos of the many types of flora and fauna on our property. This became an enjoyable hobby for me, to enjoy the outdoors, and capture some of the beautiful photo opportunities that our gardens have provided. I especially love close-ups of flowers and insects, and basically anything that has something unique to capture on film.
